Well I'll be cooking for one for the next two and half weeks as just after midday my OH set off en route for a holiday in Shri Lanka with one of her relatives. It's probably the last time the relative will be able to visit the country again in which she once used to work and holiday regularly but didn't feel like going on her own this time so I suggested that my OH should go with her.
