A few years ago we were bought a pressure cooker as a present by my OH's mum who swears by them but to be honest it stood on the shelf in the kitchen utility room totally unused. We have just about every conceivable kitchen device known to man ranging from pasta rollers to juicers to mixers etc etc, some of which we use regularly and others occasionally but the pressure cooker was the one device completely unused though had I known the true benefits of pressure cooking I would have binned...
